Recurring Home Support Visits
Our recurring visits combine a friendly, non-medical check-in with practical household assistance tailored to each client’s needs and priorities. The support provided can vary from visit to visit, allowing us to focus on what is most important at the time and adapt as needs change. Each visit also includes a review of completed tasks, practical follow-up items, and priorities for the next visit.
Clients can choose a schedule that suits their needs, including monthly, twice-monthly, weekly, or another agreed frequency. After each visit the client receives a written Visit Summary.
Peace of Mind Visit Summaries
After each recurring visit, clients receive a personalized Visit Summary outlining what was completed and any important follow-up items. For family members who may not live nearby, these updates provide an easy way to stay informed and connected while giving clients peace of mind that their home and priorities are being looked after.
The Visit Summary may include:
- Tasks completed
- Notable household concerns observed during the visit
- Photo updates, when helpful
- Suggested follow-up items
- Priorities for the next visit
One-Time Home Assistance
