What every recurring visit includes:

- A brief check-in and confirmation of the client’s priorities for that visit
- Practical assistance tailored to the client’s needs and priorities
- A general visual observation of obvious concerns in the areas where we are working
- A review of completed work and suggested next steps
- A written Visit Summary sent to the client and, when authorized, a designated family contact

Note: All packages are customizable. Visit frequency and support can be adjusted to suit your needs and priorities.
Monthly home support
Starting at $250/month + GST
One scheduled two-hour visit each month
A great option for clients who are living independently and would benefit from regular help with household tasks, organization, errands, technology, seasonal needs, or other practical priorities around the home.
Twice-Monthly home support
Starting at $475/month + GST
Two scheduled two-hour visits each month
Ideal for clients who benefit from more consistent support and families who appreciate regular, dependable contact and updates.
Also includes:
- Priority booking for additional one-time assistance, subject to availability
Weekly Peace of Mind Support
Starting at $900/month + GST
Four scheduled two-hour visits each month
Designed for clients who benefit from a reliable weekly routine and families who want more frequent support, communication, and follow-up.
Also includes:
- Priority booking for additional one-time assistance, subject to availability
- Basic coordination of pre-approved contractors, deliveries, or service providers
- Follow-up on previously identified household concerns
- Priority responses during regular business hours

How Visit Priorities Work
At the beginning of each visit, the client and team member confirm the highest-priority tasks. We work through those priorities safely and efficiently during the scheduled time. The number of tasks completed depends on their complexity, travel or errand time, the condition of the home, and the availability of supplies. Unfinished priorities can be scheduled for a future visit or quoted separately.
