What every recurring visit includes:
- 4 total labour-hours of practical assistance per visit: one familiar team member for four hours or two familiar team members for two hours
- Staffing agreed in advance based on the tasks and your preferences
- A brief check-in and confirmation of the client’s priorities for that visit
- Practical assistance tailored to the client’s needs and priorities
- A general visual observation of obvious concerns in the areas where we are working
- A review of completed work and suggested next steps
- A written Visit Summary prepared afterward, in addition to the four labour-hours, and sent to the client and, when authorized, a designated family contact

Monthly home support
Starting at $250/month + GST
One scheduled visit each month, including 4 total labour-hours.
One team member for four hours or two team members for two hours, plus a written Visit Summary afterward.
A great option for clients who are living independently and would benefit from regular help with household tasks, organization, errands, technology, seasonal needs, or other practical priorities around the home.
Twice-Monthly home support
Starting at $475/month + GST
Two scheduled visits each month, including 4 labour-hours per visit (8 total).
Each visit includes one team member for four hours or two team members for two hours, plus a written Visit Summary afterward.
Ideal for clients who benefit from more consistent support and families who appreciate regular, dependable contact and updates.
Also includes:
- Priority booking for additional one-time assistance, subject to availability
Weekly Peace of Mind Support
Starting at $900/month + GST
Four scheduled visits each month, including 4 labour-hours per visit (16 total).
Each visit includes one team member for four hours or two team members for two hours, plus a written Visit Summary afterward.
Designed for clients who benefit from a reliable weekly routine and families who want more frequent support, communication, and follow-up.
Also includes:
- Priority booking for additional one-time assistance, subject to availability
- Basic coordination of pre-approved contractors, deliveries, or service providers
- Follow-up on previously identified household concerns
- Priority responses during regular business hours

Starting at $750 + GST

Designed for seniors and families preparing for a move, downsizing, or transition to a condo or retirement residence.
Services may include:
• Sorting and decluttering
• Packing and unpacking
• Donation coordination
• Preparing rooms and belongings for movers
• Basic home preparation before listing
• Coordinating approved movers, junk-removal providers, cleaners, or trades
How Visit Priorities Work
At the beginning of each visit, the client and our team confirm the highest-priority tasks. Each recurring visit includes four total labour-hours: one team member for four hours or two team members for two hours. Staffing is agreed in advance based on the tasks and your preferences. The written Visit Summary is prepared afterward and is additional to these four labour-hours.
We work through your priorities safely and efficiently during the scheduled time. The number of tasks completed depends on their complexity, travel or errand time, the condition of the home, and the availability of supplies. Unfinished priorities can be scheduled for a future visit or quoted separately.
